Paul Felton is an incredibly successful graphic designer with over 50 international design awards to his name. His career takes in agency jobs in London and Birmingham and then establishing a small agency of his own with offices in Birmingham and London. Paul and I open up about life in design, motivators for doing what we do, challenges, goals and adjusting to parenthood as a self employed business owner.
